We Ship Worldwide!

 

All of our shipping options are flat rate, per order not per item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, this is in addition to shipping time. To avoid delays please ensure your contact information is accurate and review your order confirmation email for any errors.

 
 

NOTE: Orders shipped outside Canada may be subjected to duty & taxes by your country when the item arrives at its destination. The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered. We do our best to prevent these charges; however, we are not able to guarantee that charges will not be applied by your country upon arrival. Very rarely international orders may be held up by customs at the country of landing. We do our best to prevent these delays; however, this is outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to international customs processing delays.

 

Rush Orders
At times we may be able to accommodate rushed orders. Please contact us by phone at 1-844-364-2628 or 613-908-5357 if you need your order to be rushed and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rush orders include a non-refundable additional courier shipping charges and an in-house processing rush fee. Please be aware that international courier options can be very costly.

 

Changing Orders Once Placed
We encourage you to carefully proofread your order confirmation email for any errors or typos. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error in the shipping address and we may be able to correct the error before the order proceeds to the shipping department. If the package has been shipped with the incorrect address, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. It will be delivered to the address on the package. If this is the case, we suggest contacting the people at the incorrect address to see if you can retrieve the package. There is a chance if the current resident at the incorrect address refuses the package that it may be sent back to us. In this case we will re-ship the package at your cost.

 

Back Orders
We do our best to produce enough of every colour and size but due to unpredictable weather we occasionally run out of certain sizes and colours, especially later in the winter season. We recommend shopping early for the best selection. If the size or colour of the item you would like to order is unavailable, please contact us at info@threehoodies.com with the size and colour you were looking for. We will notify you when it becomes available for order. Clearance, limited edition, and retired colours are available only while quantities last and are unable to be held on back order.
